The rustic log house Tower Villa with separate log sauna is located at the tip of the cape Ässkär in Bovik in northwestern Hammarland. The Tower Villa is designed to captivate our guests. The house is privately situated in mountain and pine forest setting, with magnificent lake views to the northwest. The distance to the beach with red rocks is about 60 meter. Own shoreline is approximately 250 meter. Nearest neighbour is 250 meter away and the distance to the nearest grocerystore and gasstation is 12 kilometer.
The Tower Villa is built in 2008 and is characterized by high quality thinking. Decorating with craft of Åland design related to the Åland history, art and culture. The living area is 70 square meter and sauna chamber 7 square meter. The house with room for 6 people has 2 double beds for 2 people in the sauna chamber. In the octagonal tower floor houses a vantage and lounge with seating for 6 persons. The tower's lower floor there is a kitchen with dining area. The Tower Villa has a refrigerator and freezer, microwave, oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee perculator. The Tower Villa have solar panels on the roof. Tower Villa also have a charger station for electric cars.
The living room with sitting area has IP Flat Screen TV with Swedish, Finnish and German TV channels and radio with CD player. Open fireplace with glass doors. Heating by electric radiators and underfloor heating throughout the house. The Tower Villa has tile floors in kitchen and hallway. The Tower Villa has a bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine. The Villa has a terrace along the tower's eastern, northern and western side of the door directly out from the kitchen. There is also paved patio area along the building's south wall. Teak outdoor furniture makes the outdoor living more relaxing.
The sauna has a new owen from 2022 and is heated by wood with free access to the wood shed in the yard. There is a separate shower room adjacent to the sauna. At the beach there is a boat that is included in the rent. Engine can be rented. Fishing licenses are sold. Final cleaning and bed linen are available for consideration.
Many people have fallen in love with Åland and this villa. It is an amazing place that you have to visit at least once in a lifetime. Pets are also welcome to this villa.
